Mas Picosa Blanc de Noirs

Pleasant on the palate, fresh attack, marked acidity and unctuous.

Food pairing: 

This young wine blanc de noirs, pairs well with light meals, salads, all kinds of fish, seafood, or just as a snack.

Grape varieties: 

100% Grenache

Direct pressing of the Grenache.
The grapes having reached pulp maturity, have not finished synthesising anthocyanins, the immature skins are red.
Fermentation at controlled temperatures (14-16 ° C) in stainless steel tanks.
Cold stabilization
Soft filtered before bottling

Age of the vines: Grenache: 10- 25 years
Altitude: 150-450m
