On Monday 9th July, the D.O. Montsant was visited by the team from the program called "Els Matins" of the catalan channel TV3.
Richard van Dijk and his workers visited us on 25th June to celebrate its victory in the famous TV show in Netherlands: Herrie XXL, where the known chef Herman den Blijker helps restaurants and kitchens giving a makeover, setting a new menu, etc. … overcoming some tests, for example cooking for a kind of public between 25 and 40 year old with the restaurant completely full.
This is a universal wine. Full bodied, it pairs well with seafood, rice dishes, white meats and salads.
Made in the traditional saignée method of bleeding the juice.
