70% Grenache old vines
30% Carignan old vines
Light wine, alcohol well integrated, fresh, sweet, with present acidity.
Aromas of ripe cherry, ripe fresh fruit with well integrated wood.
Structured wine, not too much, light in mouth.
Finally we find wood and undergrowth aromas in empty glass.
Food Pairing:
– Fresh pasta with blue cheese and cherries with some hints of fennel.
– Served with glazed onions and beef with bitter chocolate sauce.
