The Magazine “Vivir el vino” has written an article about the Kosher wine whose name is “ A philosophy between religion and business”The article talks about the meaning of obtaining Kosher certificate and how since the grape is in the vine all the process are controlled by qualified Jewish people.
The magazine explains how Capçanes was the first to make kosher in Spain and how it changed the Cooperative.
