The 242nd edition of the magazine MiVino has been focused on the D.O. Montsant, as well as the diversity of its soils, which give us an idea of the geological complexity of the different terroirs in the region. Slate, granite, clay or sandy soils, each provides the necessary sustenance and minerals to the plant and, which in some ways will mark the personality of the fruit and therefore the wine.
The wines that have been tasted by the MiVino team are La Nit de les Garnatxes llicorella 2017 and Els pàjaros 2016.
