We are leaving behind a week full of grapes, which have been harvested for the winemaking of our rose and some red wines, kosher and not kosher.
We are starting a week that will welcome new varieties and as sugar levels go high, we will be focusing more on the winemaking of red wine. We will keep you updated! Are you coming with us?

It’s a different year, an authentic, curious and entertaining one and we can still not guess what’s in store for us tomorrow, but worry not since we have plenty of work for today .
